The Isagenix 9 day cleanse program is an aggressive but successful cleanse program to rid your body of impurities, build lean muscle, and flush out fat. However, there are those of us with health conditions or just plain struggled on this program and require some tweaking to utilize this program. Here are some ways to utilize this powerful cleanse program if you need some help modifying it to fit your needs. *


The 14 Day Cleanse Program is an alternative way to successfully use the Isagenix 9 day cleanse products for long term sustainable weight
loss. This variation is recomended for previous Isagenix users who have struggled with cleanse days or those with certain health
challenges or specific lifestyle situations which are not condusive to the stricter regimen of our 9 Day cleanse program. The 14 Day Cleanse program may be repeated as often as desired.

Important Guidelines:

1. Each & every day of the program it is recommended to drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of pure water. (eg. If you weigh 150 lbs, drink 75 oz. water/day)

2. On days which include AM Cleanse, START by drinking 4 oz. Cleanse For Life
followed by 8oz. of water. Wait 1 hour before having morning Isalean Shake.

3. On days which include a PM Cleanse, drink 4 oz. Cleanse For Life before bed with 8oz. of pure water at least 3 hours after having an Isalean Shake.

3. Drink 2 Isalean shakes EVERY DAY of the program. Preferably one in the morning and one in the evening.

4. Eat 1 sensible 400-600 calorie meal EVERY DAY, in addition to whole food snacks. Best to have meal for Lunch, but you can split the meal into 2 smaller meals.

5. This sample schedule is just a guideline! There is lots of flexibility with this program so you can do what works for you. The program states to eat 2 sensible meals between the 2 shakes most people find this to be too much food, this is why the guidelines and the sample only suggest 1 meal.
